About the Role
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or animal feed industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer-oriented approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong desire to achieve targets.
A thorough understanding of cattle feed products and their applications (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Requirements
Identify and target potential customers, including farmers, livestock owners, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote Kafila Agro Cattle Feed's products and educate customers on their benefits.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Represent Kafila Agro Cattle Feed at industry events and trade shows.
